Terms of Services Fame Orchids Nursery

All stock is subject to prior sale. 

Orders are accepted by phone, fax, email or post. Orders are filled based on their arrival. 

Full payment for orders, including postage, must be received before orders will be sent. Postage is additional and will be calculated after the order has been confirmed. As we have no control over consignments once they leave our nursery, our liability is limited to the packing of plants.

Orders will be sent with Australia Post (or a reputable courier for oversized orders). Orders are sent on Tuesday mornings. Orders received after this time will be sent the following week.  

Payments accepted are VISA, MasterCard, cheque or bank deposit. 

All plants are sent in their pots unless requested by the purchaser. 

Fame Orchids reserves the right to limit quantities or withdraw plants from sale.
